Richard Springman Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the parents of Richard Springman, Mark and Kelly, to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding students in honor of Richard’s legacy. Richard was a senior CJA major at Mansfield University and a volunteer fight fighter who was killed while responding to an accident.
