Richard Springman Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the parents of Richard Springman, Mark and Kelly, to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding students majoring in Criminal Justice in honor of Richard’s legacy. Richard was a senior Criminal Justice major at Mansfield University and a volunteer fight fighter who was killed while responding to an accident.
