Bob has worked in the field of higher education for more than forty years dedicated to helping students get and pay for a college education. Bob, a first-generation college student, is a 1976 graduate of Mansfield University where he earned his BSEd in Secondary Education with a concentration in Social Studies.

He then attended Alfred University, graduating in 1979 and earning an MSEd in College Student Development and Financial Aid Administration. Since graduating from Alfred University, Bob has held the positions of both Assistant Director and Director of Financial Aid at Clark University; Director of Student Aid at Wheaton College; and Associate Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid at Skidmore College before stepping into his current role of Executive Director/CEO at Tuition Exchange.

Bob has been featured in a TIME magazine article discussing current college financial aid issues and concerns. He is also a recipient of the MU Society of Honors Elise E. Burke Service Award in 2006 and the MU Society of Honors Outstanding Young Alumni Award in 1992.

BOARD/VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
Mansfield University Alumni Association

Mary worked in the education field for over thirty years dedicated to teaching elementary students and developing specialized education plans for students with learning disabilities. Mary is a 1978 graduate of Mansfield University where she earned her BSEd in Elementary Education. Mary attended Northern Arizona University graduating in 1984 with a MAEd in Educational Administration.

Since graduating from Mansfield, Mary has held teaching positions in Gallup, New Mexico; Lubbock, Texas and Irving, Texas. She worked as a Learning Disability Specialist at North Lake College and an Educational Diagnostician at Arlington Independent School District (ISD), DeSoto ISD and Hurst-Euless-Bedford (HEB) ISD Texas. Mary retired in 2016 from HEB ISD.

Bob and Mary currently reside in Irving, Texas.
