Jonathon George March Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to an entering freshman at Mansfield University who is from Tioga County, PA with a demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to freshmen. The student selected for the award is to be distinguished more by effort and commitment to higher education goals than by past academic achievement.
